Zoheret Coats  The owner of Zoe's Vegan Delight grew up in Israel  and was raised in a vegan household . When she moved to the United States at age 20 was disappointed with the lack of  tasty vegan options  that's what motivated her to start Zoe's Vegan Delight

Since her start in 2012  Zoe's has grown to include various locations, local farmer's markets , pop ups, and festivals in the DMV area , PA and New Jersey  just to name a few.
